Shipping & Store Pick Up Information Ship To Store Orders Shipping is Free when you have your order shipped to your local store for pickup. To have your order shipped to a store, just select the store you wish during the check-out process in the Shipping Methods drop down menu. (Note, you still need to fill out your shipping information prior to selecting Free Ship-to-Store) PLEASE NOTE: Not all items on our website are stocked or available in every store. Currently, some items may not be available. Here's How It Works: 1. Place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart and head to checkout 2. Enter your Billing and Shipping Information 3. Select which store you wish to have your order sent to in the Shipping Method Drop Down Menu 4. Complete your Purchase. After you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation screen displaying your order number. You will also receive: Order Confirmation Email: This is your receipt only and confirmation that we've received your order. Pick-Up Confirmation Email: Your order has shipped, arrived at the store, and is ready to pick up. Please do NOT head to the store to pick up your order until receiving this confirmation email. When Will My Order Be Available to Pick Up? If the items on your order are not in stock, please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. Business Days are Monday thru Friday, excluding Holidays. Ship To Home Orders Please be aware, we are doing our very best to fill and ship out orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-10 business days for orders to ship.
