I have had excellent experiences with your products and your workers. I have been extremely frustrated by the inability of your online system to communicate with your in-store system. I ought to be able to redeem an online gift, take the code # to a store, and make a purchase instead of having to make an online purchase ONLY with an online gift. And it would be helpful if you website had some familiar prompt such as "shop now" or "click here for how to order". And why doesn't this survey fill in the title subject that it demands when I don't type it in?
